    We explored 200 km of perfectly groomed ski runs and enjoyed playing mini-golf. The dining experience was superb, with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. We took advantage of the spa facilities and that lovely pool overlooking the mountains made it even more special.

    The staff could be a bit hit or miss. While some were fantastic, there were moments where what seemed like a simple request aggravated a few team members, which wasn't ideal.

    No wishes remain unfulfilled. Beautiful, especially the wellness area and the fitness room are very pleasant. The rooms are beautifully furnished with lots of warm wood. Very cuddly beds. The staff in every area is very friendly and helpful. The lounge is very comfortable with perfect service. Maybe you could extend the snack menu a little bit with a few little things. A great hotel!!!

    The only complaint I have is that there is no hot-tub in the pool/spa area. I have been to a lot of hotels in Colorado and hot tubs are great ways to wind down after a long day of skiing in the cold.
